Since we resell these items, their condition directly impacts payout amounts. Even minor cosmetic defects can reduce your payment, so we urge you to inspect and package your items carefully.

We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. To protect your shipment, we recommend using a sturdy box and ample packing material or double-boxing your package. Before shipping, ask yourself: Would I buy these supplies at full price?

Shipping Tips
Proper Layering: Place lighter items on top of heavier ones, ensuring they are cushioned with packing material.
Double Boxing: The postal service does not handle packages with care—protect your shipment by double-boxing when possible.
Use a Sturdy Box: A strong box prevents bending or crushing, which can be the difference between receiving full price or no payout.
DO NOT USE Bubble Mailers or Padded Envelopes: These almost always result in damaged items, making them ineligible for full payment.

Perfect store-quality condition
No visible dings, dents, scratches, or marks
Damaged Items (Limited Acceptance)
We only accept select brands in damaged condition.
Damages under labels are included as “damaged.”
We do not accept items with:
Broken seals
Stains, smears, or tears covering expiration dates or lot numbers
Expired items
Unlisted brands (items not on our website)
Sharpie marks on the box or barcode
Missing seal colors or water damage
All items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and inspection photos will be provided as proof of condition.

Return Policy
Since we cover shipping costs, if any of your items are rejected during inspection, a return shipping fee will apply.
